Oral Health is Important

DENTAL PRODUCTS MATTER TO YOUR HEALTH

Remember Dentistry is not expensive…Neglect is!

Believe it or not, as a dental professional the main goal is to make your dental visit as comfortable as possible. In a productive dental visit, we want to accomplish not only a clean mouth but help with improving your home care. We may offer new skills or improve present skills. You could have a new tool to take home with you or a recommendation to buy one in the store. Usually after this endorsement the most provoked question is, “Which is the best product out there, for me to use?”

Usually my answer is the product you like and will use, is the best product for you.

Offering you, the patient, a few different ideas is best. I’ve had many patients say, “I hate flossing and I will not floss”. Although flossing is the simplest method with the best results, it’s still not going to make that hateful chore easier for you. Thank goodness for the variety of other options out there.

As I have previously expressed the main achievement with dental care is removing as much plaque as possible with a daily routine.

Less plaque

The benefits of all those wonderful products are that they are cheaper than any dental treatment. Spending five to six minutes a day, is less time than 30–90 minutes spent in a dental chair, and that’s not including travel time to the dental office. Keeping your mouth clean, benefits YOU, all the way around.
